Programmes and initiatives

Six programmes, one shared condition.

Each programme delivers something specific and measurable. Each one also ends the same way: with an invitation to pass an act of help forward.

Educating With Purpose

School fees, uniforms, books and steady mentoring so a child stays enrolled through the year rather than dropping out mid-term.

  • Fees and materials covered term by term
  • A named mentor who checks in monthly
  • Older students tutor a younger child as their give-back

Healthcare With Dignity

Consultations, medicines and follow-up for people who put off care because of cost, distance or the fear of being judged for asking.

  • Camp consultations and referral to a clinic
  • Medicines and follow-up calls, not a one-day visit
  • Recovered patients accompany a new patient to their first appointment

Sustainable Food & Livelihood

Groceries while a household steadies itself, plus tools, seed capital or training so next month is not a repeat of this one.

  • Monthly ration support with a defined end point
  • Tools, stock or training toward independent income
  • Households cook for one other family once they are able

Compassion Circles

The give-back engine. A small local group of people who have been supported, meeting to decide who in their area needs help next.

  • Circle size TO BE CONFIRMED
  • They choose the recipient, we provide the means
  • Every act is recorded and reported back to donors

Animal Welfare

Feeding rounds, shelter and veterinary treatment for street animals, largely run by the same volunteers and families we support.

  • Daily feeding routes run by local volunteers
  • Sterilisation and treatment through partner vets
  • Families we support often take on a feeding round

Elder & Family Support

Regular visits, essentials and practical help for older people living alone, so families can keep caring at home rather than apart.

  • Weekly visits and a check-in call system
  • Essentials, medicines and paperwork help
  • Neighbours are trained to take over the visits
